WHERE DOES Whence&Whither SHIP FROM?

We ship out of our logistics facility in Los Angeles, CA.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 5- 10 business days, the allowed time includes processing. We do not ship on Sundays and major holidays. Below are a list of holidays we will not be operating on:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Washington’s Birthday

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Whence&Whiter cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs, etc.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for choosing their shipping method and cost. All orders are made to order. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification/modification. Note: We are not in the office during the weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for choosing their shipping method and cost. All orders are made to order. Delivery times can vary but are usually 10-18 business days but can be delayed in customs. Total shipping costs is calculated by the size and weight of your package. To ensure your package is delivered seamlessly, always add your phone number and email address upon placing your order. We or USPS may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Duties/Taxes/Customs fees are NOT included in the shipping fees. Whence&Whither is not responsible for any duty or custom fees which may incur. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be sent back to us and only the cost of the product will be refunded. Please note that your parcel can be delayed by customs. Customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for current charges because you order so you are not surprised when the package arrives.

DOES WHENCE&WHITHER SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes for security purposes.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you can click the link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.

EXCHANGES
WHAT IS WHENCE&WHITHER’S RETURN POLICY?

Although all sales are final we are happy to accommodate you. We gladly accept all exchanges that are unworn and unwashed, we prefer that all tags still be attached. Please exchange all orders by registered mail to the address provided in the exchange form within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your exchange shipment as exchanged goods on any customs or postal forms. Whence&Whither is not financially responsible for shipping charges on exchanges. Please contact customer service wxwthebrand@gmail.com to receive return information.

Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages while in-transit to our facilities.

Any sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: TO RECEIVE A FULL STORE CREDIT ITEMS MUST HAVE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND CANNOT BE WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit.

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you believe your item is defected, please email us at wxwthebrand@gmail.com with photos and explaining the defect within 14 days. We will deem the product defect at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then product will not be eligible to claim as defected.
